Wordstream University was developed as an online application specifically tailored to client learning curriculums so marketers can easily take advantage of all the tools Wordstream has to offer.
Wordstream helps marketers reach their online audience and understand the consumption results in a very efficient fashion. Clients can utilize the Wordstream software to make their daily jobs easier and increase positive results. With all of this comes a learning curve for companies that the client hoped to soften with the development of a new microsite specifically gerared towards Wordstream software training. Clients often needed to be e-mailed various curriculums with no way to understand if they had fully digested all of the necessary information. Secondly, Wordstream wanted a way to easily allow users to schedule themselves for GoToMeeting webinar events for training.
Wordstream University was developed as an online application specifically tailored to client learning curriculums so marketers can easily take advantage of all the tools Wordstream has to offer. Wordstream can now dynamically create curriculums geared towards different client types such as "The Learner" or "The Optimizer". Then they can track user consumption of these curriculums to see what they have left to study up on. Secondly, they can easily consume videos and textual content right inside the platform. It is optimized for tablets so clients can watch movies and read at their liesure. Lastly, they can use the tool to schedule ancillary webinars from the Wordstream team.
The solution we implemented was to create a stand alone Drupal 7 module that encapsulated all of this functionality so it could easily be installed into the clients current public site. Then content managers could easily manage curriculums for clients and and import webinar dates from the same location. Cloud Construct also integrated with Wordstream's Salesforce instance so they can associate learning milestones back to clients in their CRM. This was very powerful for the client because they could easily see how clients were doing and cater support to them as needed.
The site utilizes some unique animations and media viewing screens so the experience of viewing content is very easy for users. The user experience and design of the site was built to be optimized for tablets and to be fun and interactive. Everything is easily accessible to users and they can browse to their dashboard to easily find support staff, learning milestones, and schedule webinars.
Cloud Construct committed to completing this very important site in a short time frame and it was delivered on time. Wordstream clients can now take advantage of all the tools Wordstream has to offer and make the most of their software tools. Cloud Construct worked alongside the Wordstream team and the collaboration of both teams made this product a huge success.
